Sherryl Clark

Biography

Sherryl has published more than 70 children’s, YA and poetry titles, including The Rose Stories (Our Australian Girl), Jimmy’s War, the Ellyse Perry series and The Littlest Pirate. Her new picture book, The Night Tiger, due out this year is like a poetry fairy tale. She teaches writing at VU Polytechnic, does author visits and workshops in schools, and works as a freelance editor and manuscript assessor. She recently completed a creative writing PhD at VU on the topic of fairy tales, and will be a visiting scholar this year at Cambridge University.
