1. David Astle, our favourite word nerd will be talking about his book Cluetopia which toasts the centenary of crosswords whizzing you through 100 years of remarkable clues across the world.
2. Paddy O’Reilly will be talking about her book It Happened in a Holden . Paddy will be joined by Anson Cameron, John Romeril and Gideon Haigh , contributors to the book and they will share their funny, brave, sad and sometimes ridiculous Holden tales.
3. Rachel Power will be taking about talking about her book Motherhood and Creativity – The Divided Heart. “Mothering and creativity are both all-consuming preoccupations, but one can’t replace the other. Basically, I wanted to know how other mothers did it!” Rachel (writer, editor and artist) will be talking with Lisa Gorton (poet, essayist and fiction writer), Lily Mae Martin (artist) and Sally Rippin (author and illustrator) as they consider the “divided heart”.
