Dear friend of the Williamstown Literary Festival,⁠

You are invited to our Annual General Meeting. The AGM will take place in The Gallery, at the Williamstown Library⁠
on Wednesday August 24 2022, from 7 to 8pm. ⁠
⁠
If you are not yet a Member of the Association, please fill in an Association Membership Application Form for 2022-23 and return it to the Festival Secretary Chris Ringrose, by August 17. This form can be downloaded from our website. ⁠
⁠
Members are able to vote on any motions tabled at the AGM. Non-members are welcome to attend the meeting.⁠
⁠
We are seeking new committee members who could assist in the planning and and running of the Festival in 2023, especially in the following areas:⁠
✨ co-ordinating our writing awards⁠
✨ assisting with promotion and publicity for the festival⁠
✨ helping keep our website up-to-date and maintain our subscriber database⁠
⁠

Our booksellers @bookandpaper have featured some of their favourites in the shop window, but they also have a pop up shop inside the Hub. Come and check it out, you may discover a session you didn't know was happening.

Willy Lit Fest opens tonight with Stereo Stories and we cannot wait to have you back at the Town Hall to celebrate literature in person.⁠

In order to keep our community as safe as possible in these endemic COVID-times, we strongly recommend wearing a mask whenever you are indoors at Willy Lit Fest this weekend. Maintain a social distance whenever you are queuing and moving about. Bring something warm to wear as some doors will be open to ventilate the space. ⁠

This festival has been such a long time coming and we're so delighted to have you back. Some last minute tickets are still available online and at the door. ⁠

Willy Lit Fest opens tonight with Stereo Stories and we cannot wait to have you back at the Town Hall to celebrate literature in person.⁠ ⁠ In order to keep our community as safe as possible in these endemic COVID-times, we strongly recommend wearing a mask whenever you are indoors at Willy Lit Fest this weekend. Maintain a social distance whenever you are queuing and moving about. Bring something warm to wear as some doors will be open to ventilate the space. ⁠ ⁠ This festival has been such a long time coming and we're so delighted to have you back. Some last minute tickets are still available online and at the door. ⁠

Over the weekend we're running a series of writing workshops including Mastering Emotional Honesty with Lee Kofman. ⁠
