Rushani Epa


Rushani Epa is the founder of Colournary Magazine (Australia’s first food and culture magazine to amplify the voices of First Nations, Black people, and People of Colour), a freelance food writer, editor and consultant. She was the former commissioning editor in food at Hardie Grant Books, former food and drink editor at Time Out Melbourne, and journalist whose byline has appeared in Gourmet Traveller, Time Out, SBS, the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, The Age and more. Her aim is to diversify the food media industry and culinary landscape in Australia.
